CLEVER°FRANKE is an enthusiastic, multi-disciplinary team of 35 + people with 12+ nationalities from across the world. We are interaction designers, visual designers, developers, project managers, data analysts, and others. All with a passion for what we do. We are curious about the world around us and apply the same curiosity to our work and projects.
As a UX Designer, you focus on two key areas that define the project success. First, what a product should do and feel like in order for the client to reach their business goals. Second, understanding what the intended users need to achieve their goals and how this defines the interaction design and the presentation of data.
You build this knowledge by doing workshops, UX research, interviewing users and stakeholders, and facilitating workshops. From there, you use these insights to evolve the design brief together with the client and
project team, define a strategy for the project and design the corresponding interfaces and interactions.
In this role, you explore complex data and design interfaces for digital tools and experiences. A core skill is the ability to turn this complexity into a usable and cohesive experience that aids the users, and to present your concepts and ideas in a clear and convincing manner.
Being able to collaborate well with others and taking the lead when needed is important to us. You are eager to listen to feedback and, based on it, experiment and try new approaches to adapt as needed. For this, you need to feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you can further learn and excel in your career with the support of your colleagues.
We’ll provide room and support to help you grow into more senior roles within the design team over time.

WHAT YOU BRING
We are looking for a UX designer with 3 to 4 years of experience in complex projects and/or organizations. You have a focus on digital solutions and an understanding of user behavior, which you can support with UX research. You know how to engage with clients and lead productive workshops. You are able to set the project vision and strategy together with the project team, and work towards it together. You have the analytical skills to unravel complex topics and determine the right design solution for the users. You can communicate clearly how your vision and design fit the project, goals, and brand.
We expect you to be familiar with modern design software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, and be able to pick up something new quickly. You are ambitious with a growth mindset and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are comfortable communicating (spoken and written) in English, as this is our primary language to communicate and collaborate.
