CLEVER°FRANKE is an enthusiastic, multi-disciplinary team of 35 + people with 11 different nationalities from across the world and we use English as a primary language to communicate and collaborate. We are interaction designers, visual designers, developers, project managers, data analysts, and others. All with a passion for what we do. We are curious about the world around us and apply the same curiosity to our work and projects.

As a UX Designer, you focus on two key areas that define the project's success. First, what a product should do or feel like in order for the client to reach their business goals. Second, understanding what the intended users need to achieve their goals and how this defines the interaction design and the presentation of data.

You build this knowledge by doing research, interviewing users and stakeholders, and facilitating workshops. From there, you use these insights to evolve the design brief together with the client and project team, define a strategy for the project and design the corresponding interfaces and interactions.

In this role, you explore complex data and design interfaces for digital tools and experiences. A core skill is the ability to turn this complexity into a usable and cohesive experience that aids the users and to present your concepts and ideas in a clear and convincing manner.

WE'LL SUPPORT YOU

WHAT YOU  BRING:

We are seeking someone with solid UX design experience within complex projects and/or organizations. You know how to engage clients and conduct meaningful workshops. You also are able to define a project’s vision and steer a team toward it. You have a sharp, analytical eye for quality, by defining and communicating how it fits the project, goals, and brand. You have a focus on digital solutions and a great understanding of user behavior with the support of UX research. We expect you to be familiar with any modern design software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar and be able to pick up something new quickly. For our projects we primarily use Figma. We anticipate you will have +/-3 years of professional experience. 

NICE TO HAVES

• You have experience with SCRUM or Agile projects;
  
• You have an interest and/or experience with data visualization;
  
• You have experience with motion design and/or creative coding.
