CLEVER°FRANKE is an enthusiastic, multi-disciplinary team of 40+ people with 15+ nationalities from across the world. We are interaction designers, visual designers, developers, project managers and data analysts. All with a passion for what we do. As a Jr. Business Developer, you will support the Business Development Manager by facilitating client outreach, assisting in contract management, enhancing lead qualification and contributing to the creation of persuasive proposals. 

As a Jr. Business Developer you will contribute to the following:

  • New business opportunities: Assist in identifying and contacting potential clients, facilitating communication throughout the sales process, and providing necessary support to close deals.

  • Contract formation: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to prepare and finalize sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Proposal writing: Assist with the creation of compelling proposals under the guidance of the Business Development Manager, contributing to the development of winning strategies.

  • Marketing support: by being part of the Commercial team, you collaborate with our PR & Communications Manager to align the commercial plan with our marketing activities.

What you bring

As a Junior Business Developer, you will bring 2 years of professional relevant experience and a keen interest in the (digital) design industry, data visualization, and digital services. You have strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage sales documentation. Key skills include:

  • Proven ability to assist in proposal writing

  • A proactive approach to sales support, help the Business Development Manager with finding new prospects and outreaches

  • Enthusiasm for the sales process and a willingness to learn and grow within the role

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

  • Agency experience, particularly in the creative sector is a plus

  • Basic knowledge of sales workflows and tools like Pipedrive, Hubspot and Sales Navigator is a plus

  • Having digital marketing experience is a plus.
