JOIN OUR TEAM

CLEVER°FRANKE is an enthusiastic, multi-disciplinary team of 50+ people with 15 different nationalities from across the world and we use English as a primary language to communicate and collaborate. We are interaction designers, visual designers, developers, project managers, data analysts and others. All with a passion for what we do. We are curious about the world around us and apply the same curiosity to our work and projects.

As a Data Analyst, you’ll be an intermediary between the client and the rest of the CLEVER°FRANKE team. You’ll be working together with the client’s data and the design team to form the most useful insights from the data, and to communicate and visualize these insights.

You’ll be the key source of information for the design and development team on what data is available and how it is to be interpreted. You’ll collaborate with the development team where needed in designing effective ways to work with the data, be it API design or transforming and mocking data.

Quality, reproducibility, accuracy, and security are core values of our data work. Your contributions on ensuring and improving our methods regarding these will always be appreciated.

WHAT YOU BRING

As a Data Analyst, you will bring at least 2 years of experience in Data analysis. An innovative mindset and eagerness to explore new technologies. Next to that, you will bring:

  • Expertise in data analysis languages and tools (f.e. Python, SQL, R, QGIS)

  • A methodological approach to your work, and a quick, analytical and critical mindset

  • Communication skills to quickly gather and distribute knowledge

  • A keen interest in complexity, data and data visualization

  • Curiosity; you're always ready and willing to learn about any new field the next project is in

  • Some experience with data engineering, API design and/or data mocking would be useful

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

WE'LL WELCOME YOU

You’re welcome at CLEVER°FRANKE regardless of your appearance, identity or background. It’s not a place you have to 'fit in' but somewhere everyone can feel themselves and be their best to do their best.

Studies suggest that people tend to hesitate to apply for a job if their CV isn’t a perfect fit. Here, we look for talent and potential — not just formal experience and expertise. So if you like the role and think you could be awesome at it, go ahead and apply.

WE’LL GIVE YOU

  • Full-time/part-time role (32-40 hours per week);

  • A competitive salary, based on your background and experience;

  • Support from a friendly, passionate, down-to-earth team;

  • Trainings tailored to your personal and professional growth;

  • A personal development coach and time to explore your interests;

  • Hybrid working from our studio or home – (at least 2 days per week in the studio);

  • A healthy, abundant lunch every day in the studio;

  • Paid train expenses from your home to the studio;

  • A collective pension plan;

  • A MacBook and all the peripherals you need;

  • Inspiring team events; such as our annual team prototyping day, team trainings, sport events and conference visits.

WE'LL SUPPORT YOU

We find it important that you grow and challenge yourself and we want to ensure that you are supported in this. That’s why we offer:

  • Training courses: tailored to your experience level and needs, personal development planning, and feedback sessions.

  • HR coach: who will help you with your professional and personal development.

  • CLEVER°FRANKE Development week: about 3 times a year, we organize a week where the entire studio fully focuses on personal and professional growth, outside of client projects.
